About Mosaic Worx
DEI Strategy and Leadership Development Experts
You know your company has a culture problem, but you’re not sure what is causing it—and you don’t know how to solve it. You must, though, or it’s going to cost you your talent and company reputation.
We understand, and we’re here to help. At Mosaic Worx, we are passionate about helping our clients build cultures that bring out the best in everyone—where leaders feel successful, employees feel valued, and you’re all working toward your biggest goals. Led by certified experts, our team brings more than 80 years of combined DEI strategy and human behavior expertise to creating transformational change for your organization.
But there’s more to it because we’re talking about human feelings and behaviors. We believe in taking the complex process of DEI strategy and making the execution of it simple. It’s why we wrap our assessments and expertise in an approach anchored in understanding and lived experience. Through it, we invite collaboration to bring defenses down and curiosity up. Together, we’ll foster greater transparency, trust, and belonging to help you build a thriving business inside and out.
This concept of inclusion is central to our name. A mosaic brings together many different pieces to create something beautiful—but the end result requires intention and a commitment to the work. So does lasting change, but the journey is worth it, and we’re ready to guide you.
